At PersonalHealthcare.Store, we value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident shopping with us. However, due to the sensitive nature of health products, our returns and refunds policy has specific conditions to protect customer safety.

1. Return Period and Conditions

Due to hygiene, health, and safety reasons, most personal healthcare products cannot be returned once delivered.
Exceptions apply only in the following cases:

• You received the wrong item.

• You received a damaged or defective item.

• You received a fake or inauthentic item.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened, used, or partially consumed products.

• Products with tampered seals, broken packaging, or missing labels.

• Customised or personalised products.

• Items damaged after delivery by the customer.

• Products that deteriorate or expire quickly.

3. Packaging for Returns

If your return request is approved, items must be returned in the exact condition you received them, including:

• Original packaging.

• All labels, seals, and tags intact.

Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure they are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, if approved:

• We will refund the purchase price of the item.

• For incorrect, defective, or damaged items, delivery costs will also be refunded.

• Refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days.

5. Rejected Return Requests

If your return does not meet the conditions of this policy, it will be rejected. We will attempt to re-deliver the item to you up to two times. If unsuccessful, you must collect it within 60 days, after which it will be forfeited.

6. No Exchange Policy

We do not offer product exchanges. If you want a different item, please place a new order separately.
